How and when should you take food supplements?

Most people who take food supplements don't take the correct amount of nutrients to get the best results. Be sure that you follow the recommendations on the product label.

Don't wait to take your supplements until you get sick! Take them every day. Food supplements are needed every day, just as food. Truly, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"
